Service Packages
B-Comp offers many different IT service packages which can be modified to fit the unique needs of your business.  Please contact us in order to discuss your needs and to create a plan just for you.  Services can be purchased either hourly, by the project, in prepaid blocks of hours or by purchasing a service contract. All estimates are provided free of charge.

Service Contracts
Businesses considering outsourcing most if not all IT duties may benefit from a service contract.  B-Comp offers service contracts which will not only save your business money but will also provide for guaranteed response times 24 hours a day 365 days a year.  The chart below lists various pricing levels and will be the basis upon which your contract will be modified to fit your specific needs.

Onsite Support
Onsite support is billable at the rate of $105 per hour.  There is also an additional trip charge based on the location of the service in addition to the required hourly minimum.  All time spent onsite will be billable in 15 minute increments.  The following table details the trip charge amounts and minimum hourly charges.

Remote Support
Remote support is defined as any support given over the telephone or via remote control software over the Internet.  Previously all time was billable in 15 minute increments.  In order to provide a better value and a “pay as you go” service, all remote support is now billable in 6 minute increments. 

Rebuild Rates
 B-Comp offers a flat rate of $150 for the rebuild of a computer without backup of data and $200 for a rebuild of a computer with restoration of data and preferences.   This rate is applicable for the rebuild only and service rates for onsite support will be applicable for the pickup or return of computers to be serviced to or from your location.
